The Process

Donkey Haul is the first towing company in San Antonio to utilize the state-of-the-art hydraulic lift system specifically designed for motorcycles. This process allows us to safely load at ground level.

Every motorcycle is professionally handled and treated as if it were our own. We take extra caution and utilize sheepskin covered soft straps (or soft no-scratch neoprene covers depending on your specific type of motorcycle). We also do not wear any item(s) that can harm the finish of your motorcycle.

You can take confidence in knowing your bike is receiving the utmost care as it enjoys an air soft suspension ride while safely secured to our flat deck behind the truck’s cab.
